一起35 kV站用變非電量保護跳閘事件分析

    摘 要:某500 kV變電站內35 kV站用變由於有載調壓重瓦斯繼電器誤動,造成保護裝置動作跳閘,分別從後台機報文顯示、保護裝置信息記錄檢查、現場站用變油枕檢查、油樣分析、瓦斯繼電器拆卸檢查等方麵全麵分析非電量保護跳閘原因,確定本次跳閘是由於2號站用變有載調壓重瓦斯真空管破裂進油,導致常開觸點粘死導通引起站用變保護重瓦斯動作。提出相應預防措施,為預防類似安全隱患參考。

A Case of Tripping Accident Analysis of 35 kV Station Transformer on Non-Electricity Protection

    Abstract: On account of an accident of tripping-out of protective device operation caused by misoperation of gas relay with on-load voltage regulating in a 500 kV substation, this paper comprehensively analyzed the tripping reasons of non electric quantity protection from the aspects of message display of background machine, information record and inspection of protective device, inspection of oil pillow for site substation, oil sample analysis and disassembly inspection of gas relay etc, to make sure that this tripping was caused by gas relay vacuum tube fracture and oil-taking with on-load voltage regulating in No.2 station transformer, leading to normally open contact sticking to make the gas relay action. The corresponding precautionary measures are proposed to provide references for preventing the analogy potential safety hazard.
